Gernx Profit Dashboard for WooCommerce – Profit Tracking, Cost of Goods & Profit Reports

Apraksts

Gernx Profit Dashboard is a WooCommerce profit tracking plugin that shows your real profit, not just revenue. You enter the cost of each product once, and it calculates net profit, profit margin and cost of goods (COGS) for every order, every product and every period, with animated profit charts on each report. No spreadsheets, no manual exports.

Most WooCommerce stores only see sales. Sales hide the truth: product costs and refunds quietly eat your margin. This WooCommerce profit plugin closes that gap so you always know what you actually keep.

Why track WooCommerce profit

Revenue tells you the store is busy. Profit tells you whether being busy is worth it. If you sell a product for 120 that costs you 55, your real profit is 65 before refunds, not 120. Across hundreds of orders that difference decides whether the business works. Gernx Profit Dashboard surfaces that number automatically, so profit tracking becomes something you glance at, not a monthly spreadsheet project.

BUJ

How does the plugin calculate WooCommerce profit?

For each order it takes revenue (by default excluding tax and shipping), subtracts the cost of goods from your product Cost fields, and subtracts refunds. The result is net profit, and margin is profit divided by revenue.

Does it support HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?

Yes. Compatibility is declared and all order access uses the official WooCommerce methods.

Will it slow down my store?

No. Profit is calculated when an order changes and stored, so reports read pre-calculated numbers. The charts are inline SVG with no external libraries.

Do customers ever see profit figures?

No. Every figure, including the block and Elementor widgets, is shown only to logged-in users who can manage WooCommerce.

A report shows no data. What do I do?

Open Profit Dashboard, Overview and click “Recalculate all orders” once. New orders are tracked automatically. Report ranges go up to one year.

Where are the Elementor widgets?

In the Elementor editor, open the widget panel and look for the “Gernx Widgets” category.

What does the Pro add-on include?

Customer, country, refund, expenses, inventory and forecasting reports, CSV export and five extra Elementor widgets. See gernx.com/profit-dashboard for details and a live demo.
