Visitors can participate in challenges, submit proof of completion, and earn rewards without leaving your site. **Key Features:** * Display active sprints from your brand * Secure authentication * Proof submission directly from your site * User profile with XP, level, and history * Automatic WooCommerce purchase validation * E-commerce tasks with minimum amount or required product * Modern, customizable design * Floating widget for all pages * Compatible with all WordPress themes **E-commerce Integration:** Automatically validate purchase tasks when your customers place an order on your WooCommerce store! ### External services This plugin connects to the Sotask API (a third-party service operated by Sotask, https://sotask.fr) to display gamified challenges (“sprints”), authenticate end users, record participations, upload proof of task completion, and validate WooCommerce purchases against sprint tasks. Without a valid Sotask API key configured by the site administrator, the plugin does not connect to any external service. The Sotask API endpoint used by the plugin is: https://geqkpszgqhswysidtoai.supabase. co Data sent to Sotask, and when it is sent: * When the administrator saves the API key in the plugin settings: the API key is sent to Sotask to validate it and retrieve the associated brand information. * When a logged-in visitor opens the widget or a sprint shortcode: the plugin sends the visitor’s email address (and profile data such as name, avatar) to Sotask to create or match a Sotask account and load the sprint list. * When a visitor submits proof of task completion: the plugin sends the proof ( image file, URL or validation code) together with the task and sprint identifiers, and the visitor’s session token. * When a WooCommerce order status becomes “completed” or “processing”: the plugin sends the order ID, total amount, the list of purchased products (product IDs, names, quantities, prices, category IDs) and the customer email to the Sotask e-commerce webhook, in order to automatically validate matching purchase tasks. * When a visitor spins a lottery wheel or requests a leaderboard: the plugin sends the sprint identifier and the visitor’s session token. * Periodically while the visitor is logged in: the plugin sends the refresh token to Sotask to renew the session. This service is provided by “Sotask” (https://sotask.fr): terms of service for end users are available at https://sotask.fr/cgu-utilisateurs , terms of service for brands are available at https://sotask.fr/cgu-marques , and the privacy policy is available at https://sotask.fr/mentions-legales . A full, plain-language description of every API call, the data it carries and its purpose is published at https://sotask. fr/integrations . Log in to your Sotask account at sotask.fr 2. Go to your brand profile 3. Copy your API key 4. In WordPress, go to Settings > Sotask Widget 5. Paste your API key 6. Download the plugin ZIP file 2. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload 3. Select the ZIP file and click “Install Now” 4. Activate the plugin 5. Go to Settings > Sotask Widget to configure your API key ## BUJ ### How do I get my API key? Your API key is available in your brand profile on sotask.fr. Go to the “E-commerce API Key” section and copy the key. ### How do e-commerce tasks work? When a customer places an order on your WooCommerce store, the plugin automatically sends the purchase information to Sotask. If the customer is registered on Sotask with the same email and a matching e-commerce task exists in an active sprint, the task is automatically validated. ### Do users need to create an account? Users can log in with their email. If they do not have a Sotask account, one will be created automatically. ### Can I customize the design? Yes, you can change the primary color in the settings. For advanced customization, you can override the CSS styles. ### What data is sent to Sotask? The plugin sends user email addresses, proof of task completion (images, links, or codes), and optionally WooCommerce order data to the Sotask API for challenge participation and reward management. See the External services section for full details. ### Can I opt out of the “Powered by Sotask” link? The “Powered by Sotask” link is disabled by default.
