There is one very big flaw in this plugin. The points are burned when the buyer used them, but did not complete the payment. Everyone knows that woocommerce automatically deletes orders that have not been paid for by customers after some time. So, if woocommerce deletes an order, the points are not returned back to the buyer's account. They are considered used. You can't work with this plugin. We are tired of restoring points manually every time, and the buyers are very angry. In addition, the glasses control system is very inconvenient. I do not understand why it was not possible to display the points in the client's card on the administration page or in his order, so that the administrator could immediately add additional points without leaving the order page. The plugin is very crude and I will definitely not buy the paid version.

I never leave bad reviews but this one needs it so as to help others: I've been premium for over a year because of a simple problem. You can't choose which products or categories to exclude. So you have to give points to all products which make no sense since as a seller there are product that you can't afford to give points for. One needs to be able to give points to certain products/categories. Plus there's no referral system which is basic! Lastly, points don't show up on cart and check out not even in emails so your customers will just forget about your points. Customer service is weak and they take a full day to reply. That's not premium service. I got all my answers from their live chat (pre-sale)pretending to be interested in buying. Sorry guys but that's the truth!

If you want to remove this plugin from your system, Never! you can't remowe, also this plugin change alot of things from my web site, for example, some colours and buton types..because of that dont install..

Just like any other YITH plugin, this one is horrible. They spam you with advertisements. Poorly designed backend that is not using the native WP backend UI. It has no use if you don't buy the full version. Plugins like this shouldn't be allowed on WP org.

i use this plugin since two years and i'm realy satisfated. we can personalise and give extra point (any 5 order for example or for each product review) and that's great ! i use the premium version
