It is advertised that they will reply within 24 hours but we have been waiting for 3 days for a reply – no reply yet! Also no refund on request now

and why the posted language is behind the paywall? The plugin workes itself, but coding is sloppy, it’s bloated and things like date language shouldn’t be “pro” feature.

I have requested for a refund for this plugin but no one gets back to me, below is the email I have sent, I have also sent the same info to the support option on the plugin. Not sure why no one from support has even tried to help me at the very least??? Please refund me as the plugin is not working as promised, I can not show more than one facebook feed on my site with the thumbnail opyion, despite you advertising that the plugin allows for multiple feeds. The styles are not customizable in terms of height, width and position. Please I do not have time to debug this issue as I need to get the site finalized today
